A strategy which sets out a bold
new path for your enterprise will soon come under critical scrutiny, and rightly so. One
of the first challenges you will be set is: Do we have the resources? And if you don't how
will you get them? Our Resource Planning programme is designed to answer those questions.
The Operational Review identifies existing resources - both those actively used in the
current business and those that are underused or unused but could be drawn upon if needed.
The Resource Plan builds upon this and identifies any others that are needed to support
the strategy.
Most resource plans concentrate properly on its Human Resources. In addition to this we
also consider:
financial
physical changes
training needs
process improvements
management style
supplier/outsourcing contracts
We provide a structured approach to Resource Planning and an independent assessment of
existing resources. Your views of your current resources may be affected by their current
deployment; we may be able to identify existing resources which can be redeployed to
